So, prior to grad school (thank you pandemic pivot) I worked front of house in restaurants all over NYC for two decades...and well there are stories and there are STORIES! Some are best told at your favorit watering hole, and some maybe you want to share in a support group with others who also know a bit about what its been like behind the bar, on the floor or back of house pre/post covid and who aren't in the group chat.
